Business · Payments and payouts
Pay one supplier or a thousand people the same way.
Single transfers, scheduled ones and bulk payouts from a file, local and international, each with the fee and arrival time on the screen before it leaves.
Payments and bulk payouts open with the business account.
How it works
Payments that are checked before they leave, not after.
Bulk payouts from a file
Upload a CSV of payments; we check every line (account details, names where the scheme allows, amounts) and show you what will go before you approve.
Scheduled and recurring
Rent, salaries and suppliers on the date you choose, with a reminder before each run.
Local and international
Local schemes in the account’s currency, and international transfers with the fee and the rate shown first.
References that survive
Your invoice number travels with the payment and comes back on the statement, so reconciliation is a match, not a hunt.
What every payment carries.
- Before it leaves
- The fee, the rate, the amount that arrives, the expected arrival time and any approval it needs.
- After it leaves
- Its status as it moves, and a receipt with your reference.
- A payment that fails
- What happened, in words, and the money back on your balance.
Questions
How do roles and permissions work?
Each person on a business account has one of four roles: owner, admin, member, and viewer.
Owner: Everything, including the team, its owners and the business’s details. A business always keeps at least one owner.
Admin: Manages the team and the business’s details, except its owners.
Member: Works in the business’s account. Cannot manage the team.
Viewer: Sees the business’s account and team. Changes nothing.
Approvals before a payment leaves, and a limit for each person and each card, are coming with payments and cards.
