Personal · Transfers and payments
Send money with the fee and the arrival time first.
Local transfers in your account’s currency, international transfers to accounts abroad, and transfers to anyone on Fidorox, planned to arrive within seconds. Before you send, you see the fee, the rate and when it arrives.
Transfers open with the account.
How it works
Three ways to send, one way of telling you what it costs.
Local transfers
To any account in the same currency, through the local scheme (SEPA in euros, for example), free on every plan.
International transfers
To accounts in other currencies and countries. The fee depends on the route; it is on the screen, with the rate and what arrives, before you confirm.
Between Fidorox accounts
To anyone with Fidorox, by their email address or phone number, free, and planned to arrive within seconds.
Recipients you can trust
Before a first transfer to a new recipient, we check the name against the account where the scheme allows it, and tell you if they do not match.
What you always see.
- Before you send
- The fee, the rate, the amount that arrives and the expected arrival time.
- After you send
- Its status as it moves, and a receipt to download or share.
- If something is wrong
- What happened and what to do, in words, never a code.
Questions
What is “our rate” when I exchange?
The market rate at the moment you exchange, with no markup, up to the amount your plan includes each month. Above that, and at weekends when currency markets are closed, a small fee applies; the app shows it before you confirm.
Will Fidorox ever ask for my password or codes?
Never. Nobody at Fidorox will ask for your password, a code we sent you, a recovery code or to approve a sign-in, by phone, email or message. If someone does, it is not us: end the conversation and write to us.
