What the rows mean
- Exchange at our rate, with no markup
- Our rate is the market rate when you exchange. Above the monthly amount, a fee of 0.50% applies, shown before you confirm.
- At weekends, when currency markets are closed
- Markets close from Friday evening to Sunday evening (New York time). The fee covers price moves until they reopen.
- Cash machine withdrawals with no fee
- Above the monthly amount, 2% of each withdrawal. A cash machine’s operator may charge its own fee; your screen shows it before you accept.
- Paying by card in the card’s currency
- Free in the card’s currency. In another currency, the payment is exchanged at our rate, and the exchange fees above apply.
- International transfers
- The fee depends on the currency and the route. You see it, and the amount that arrives, before you confirm.
- Buying or selling crypto
- Of the amount, shown before you confirm. Crypto opens only where it is permitted.

What plans are there?
For people: Standard (0.00 EUR a month), Plus (4.99 EUR a month), Premium (9.99 EUR a month). For businesses: Starter (0.00 EUR a month), Grow (29.00 EUR a month), Scale (99.00 EUR a month). These prices are proposed, and confirmed before launch.
What is “our rate” when I exchange?
The market rate at the moment you exchange, with no markup, up to the amount your plan includes each month. Above that, and at weekends when currency markets are closed, a small fee applies; the app shows it before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Once plans open, you can change or cancel yours at any time in the app. A paid plan is charged monthly; when you cancel, it runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
