Fidorox does not hold a banking licence and does not take deposits. We do not call ourselves a bank, offer banking or operate a crypto exchange, and nothing on this site should be read as saying so.

Your money
When accounts open, the money in your Fidorox account will be held by [Licensed partner] (to be confirmed) and safeguarded: kept apart from the partner’s own money, so that it is returned to you first if the partner fails. Safeguarded money is not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme.
Crypto-assets
Crypto-assets are volatile: their price can fall as fast as it rises, and you can lose all the money you put in. They are not covered by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme. Read the crypto risk disclosure before you buy.
Where we cannot serve
We cannot open an account for residents of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria. Our countries page says why.
