1. Who we are

They govern your use of fidorox.com, the Fidorox app at app.fidorox.com and your Fidorox account.
Fidorox is a financial technology company, not a bank. We build the app and the service; the regulated parts (holding your money, issuing cards, making payments) will be provided by our licensed partner, [Licensed partner] (to be confirmed).
2. These terms and the account terms
These terms cover your Fidorox account and our website and app. When money accounts, cards, payments or crypto-asset services open, each comes with its own terms from the provider that runs it under its licence, and you accept those separately before you use the service. If those terms and these differ, those terms apply to that service.
3. Who can use Fidorox
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must live in a country we serve. We cannot open an account for anyone who lives in a country on our list of restricted countries.
- A business must be registered in a country we serve, and the person who opens its account must be authorised to act for it.
- The information you give us must be true, complete and kept up to date.
4. Your sign-in, and keeping it safe
Your sign-in is protected by a passkey or an authenticator app, and by recovery codes. Keep your devices locked and your recovery codes private. Nobody at Fidorox will ever ask for your password, a code we sent you or a recovery code. Tell us at once at support@fidorox.com if you believe someone else has used your sign-in.
5. What Fidorox provides today
Fidorox is preparing to launch. Today you can open a Fidorox account and secure it. No money account is open yet, and nothing in the app or on this site is an offer to provide a regulated service before it opens in your country. Each product page says what is available.
6. Fees
Opening a Fidorox account is free. When a service opens, its fees are published on our pricing pages and in that service’s terms, and the app shows any fee before you confirm the action it applies to.
7. Using Fidorox properly
You must use Fidorox lawfully and in line with our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close your Fidorox account if you break it, if the law requires us to, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or a risk to you or others; we tell you why unless the law forbids it.
8. Our content and brand
The Fidorox name, logo, website, app and their content belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them only to use Fidorox, and our brand assets as our press page allows.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Fidorox available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, for security or by events outside our control. We may change the service to improve it or to comply with the law, and we tell you in advance of any change that affects you materially.
10. Closing your Fidorox account
You may close your Fidorox account at any time from the app or by writing to support@fidorox.com. We may close it with two months’ notice, or at once where the law requires it or you have seriously broken these terms. We keep the records the law requires us to keep after it is closed, as our privacy notice explains.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We publish every version of these terms with its date, and keep earlier versions readable. We tell you about a change at least two months before it applies, unless it is required by law sooner or is only to your benefit. If you do not agree, you may close your Fidorox account before the change applies.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us: our complaints procedure explains how we handle a complaint and where you can go if you are not satisfied.
14. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of [governing law] (to be confirmed). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.
