Freeze and unfreeze
Misplaced your card? Freeze it from the app and unfreeze it when it turns up. A lost or stolen card is replaced with new details.
Limits you set
A daily and a monthly limit for each card, and separate switches for online payments, contactless, cash machines and payments abroad.
Virtual and single-use
Keep a virtual card for each subscription, and use a single-use card where you would rather not leave details behind: its number changes after each payment.
Every payment, named
A readable name for each merchant, with the raw descriptor one tap away, and a notification as you pay.

- A monthly amount with no fee from us, by plan; the machine’s own fee is shown before you accept it.
- Card delivery
- By post; the price and the time depend on your plan and your country.

- Shown only in the app, after you confirm it is you.
Questions
What if I lose my phone?
Sign in on another device with a second passkey, your authenticator app or one of your recovery codes, then remove the lost phone from your account. Without any of those, our support team can help once we have checked it is really you.
Can I use Fidorox when I travel or move abroad?
Yes. The app works wherever you are, and so will your card once cards open. What matters for your account is where you live: when you move, write to us, and we will tell you if anything changes for you.
