Personal · Accounts and currencies
One account. Many currencies. One rate.
Hold the currencies you live in side by side, each with its own balance, and exchange between them at the market rate, with the fee, if any, on the screen before you confirm.
Holding and exchanging currencies opens with the account.
How it works
An account that thinks in currencies, not in conversions.
A balance per currency
Each currency is its own balance, in its own code: 1,250.00 EUR and 410.00 GBP, never a guessed total in a currency you did not choose.
Account details to get paid
Your own account details to receive salary and transfers, in your name.
Exchange at our rate
Our rate is the market rate when you exchange. Your plan includes an amount each month with no markup; the screen shows any fee before you confirm.
Statements that read one way
Monthly statements and a full history to download, with every date as 10 Feb 2026 and every time with its zone.

Where your money is.
When accounts open, the money in your Fidorox account will be held by [Licensed partner] (to be confirmed) and safeguarded: kept apart from the partner’s own money, so that it is returned to you first if the partner fails. Safeguarded money is not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme.
Questions
Which currencies can I hold?
The currencies planned for the account are EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, DKK, SEK, NOK, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, JPY, AUD, CAD, SGD, HKD, and AED. The list is confirmed at launch. When accounts open, you will hold them side by side and exchange between them in the app.
What is “our rate” when I exchange?
The market rate at the moment you exchange, with no markup, up to the amount your plan includes each month. Above that, and at weekends when currency markets are closed, a small fee applies; the app shows it before you confirm.
